Daisy Eshelby
Solicitor
I trained and worked in London before moving to Hampshire. I joined Godwins in 2023.
I undertake a wide range of private client work advising individuals, families, trustees and beneficiaries.
In addition to drafting tax efficient Wills and preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney, I deal with the creation, administration and winding up of trusts. I also advise personal representatives on obtaining a grant of probate and deal with all aspects of estate administration.
